Regulamin

Drogie Klientki,
Prosimy o zapoznanie się z regulaminem obowiązującym w naszym salonie. Zapisanie się na wizytę jest równoznaczne z jego akceptacją. Regulamin został stworzony po to, abyśmy mogły zapewnić najwyższą jakość usług oraz szacunek zarówno do naszego czasu, jak i do czasu naszych Klientek.

1. Rezerwacja wizyty i zadatek

🌸 Każda rezerwacja wizyty wymaga wpłaty zadatku w wysokości 30–40 €, w zależności od rodzaju wybranej usługi.
🌸 Zadatek należy opłacić najpóźniej do 48 godzin od momentu rezerwacji. Brak wpłaty w tym czasie powoduje anulowanie wizyty.
🌸 Zadatek jest bezzwrotny, jednak w przypadku odwołania wizyty z zachowaniem odpowiedniego terminu, może zostać przeksięgowany na kolejny termin.

2. Odwoływanie i zmiana terminu wizyty

🌸 Wizyta może zostać odwołana lub przełożona najpóźniej 48 godzin przed umówionym terminem – wówczas zadatek przechodzi na kolejną wizytę.

🌸 W przypadku odwołania wizyty później niż 48 godzin przed terminem lub w przypadku niepojawienia się na wizycie:
• Klientka jest zobowiązana do uiszczenia 75% wartości usługi.
• Zadatek nie jest zwracany ani przeksięgowany.

🌸 Odwołanie wizyty odbywa się wyłącznie w formie kontaktu bezpośredniego (wiadomość prywatna/telefon).

3. Punktualność

🌸 Prosimy o punktualne przybycie na wizytę.
🌸 Akceptujemy spóźnienie do 15 minut.
🌸 Spóźnienie powyżej 15 minut może skutkować:
• skróceniem usługi,
• odmową wykonania usługi, przy jednoczesnym naliczeniu opłaty jak za pełną wizytę.

4. Organizacja wizyty

🌸 Prosimy o przychodzenie bez dzieci i osób towarzyszących – w trosce o komfort oraz bezpieczeństwo pracy.
🌸 Cennik usług dostępny jest na stronie internetowej oraz w salonie.
🌸 Każdą nową Klientkę prosimy o wcześniejszą konsultację w wiadomości prywatnej, aby odpowiednio dopasować czas i usługę w kalendarzu.

5. Zasady higieny i bezpieczeństwa

🌸 Salon pracuje zgodnie z zasadami higieny i bezpieczeństwa. Wszystkie narzędzia są dezynfekowane i sterylizowane po każdym użyciu.
🌸 W przypadku jakichkolwiek przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych (np. choroby paznokci, skóry, alergie) Klientka ma obowiązek poinformować o tym przed rozpoczęciem usługi.

6. Zasady ogólne

🌸 Zapisanie się na wizytę jest jednoznaczne z akceptacją niniejszego regulaminu.
🌸 Salon zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy wykonania usługi w przypadku:
• niestosowania się do regulaminu,
• przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych,
• agresywnego lub niekulturalnego zachowania.

🌸 Dbamy o jakość usług, profesjonalizm i przyjazną atmosferę – tego samego oczekujemy od naszych Klientek.

Terms & Conditions

Dear Clients,
Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions applicable in our salon. Booking an appointment is equivalent to accepting these terms. The rules have been created to ensure the highest quality of services and mutual respect for both our time and our Clients’ time.

1. Appointment Booking & Deposit

🌸 Every appointment booking requires a deposit of €30–40, depending on the type of service selected.
🌸 The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation. Failure to complete the payment within this time will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
🌸 The deposit is non-refundable. However, if the appointment is rescheduled within the required notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

🌸 An appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time – in this case, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

🌸 In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment or failure to attend (no-show):
• The Client is required to pay 75% of the service value.
• The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

🌸 Cancellations must be made directly via private message or phone call only.

3. Punctuality

🌸 Please arrive on time for your appointment.
🌸 We allow up to 15 minutes of delay.
🌸 Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in:
• shortening of the service,
• refusal of service with a charge equivalent to the full appointment price.

4. Appointment Organization

🌸 Please attend your appointment without children or accompanying persons – for the comfort and safety of our work environment.
🌸 The price list is available on our website and in the salon.
🌸 All new Clients are kindly asked to arrange a prior consultation via private message to properly schedule the appropriate time and service.

5. Hygiene & Safety Rules

🌸 The salon operates in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations. All tools are disinfected and sterilized after each use.
🌸 In case of any health contraindications (e.g., nail or skin conditions, allergies), the Client is required to inform us before the service begins.

6. General Rules

🌸 Booking an appointment is considered acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
🌸 The salon reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:
• failure to comply with the regulations,
• health contraindications,
• aggressive or inappropriate behavior.

🌸 We are committed to quality, professionalism, and a friendly atmosphere – and we expect the same from our Clients.
